Darryl Edwards

I feel honoured to have shared another deep conversation with the inspiring @fitnessexplorer.

We went deep into his mindset and habits that have helped him build Primal Play, write a best-selling book and become a million view Ted X speaker.

He exudes integrity and leadership in the work that he does.

We spoke about:
Psychology - his struggles with PTSD being present during the 7/7 bombings
Physiology - his morning tip to get himself going; he is not a morning person!
Productivity - what Darryl does to stay on track to keep serving his community.

Most importantly, we discussed the lessons Darryl learnt from his mother, who he recently lost.

Darryl spoke so openly, and it was such a pleasure to listen to his journey.
